Letter to Suppliers and Service Providers
 
Invitation to List in the Bonitas Suppliers and Service Providers Database
 
Bonitas Marketing, the marketing arm of Bonitas Medical Fund, is developing a suppliers and service providers database, which will be used as a source of reference by all of the fund’s departments. We would like to give all suitably registered companies the opportunity to be included in this database, and invite them to submit their details to the fund for inclusion.
 
Enterprises owned by historically-disadvantaged individuals, women, young people under the age of 35 (“youth”) and people with disabilities are specifically invited to apply.
 
Providers offering goods and services in the following categories will be listed:
 
  1. Stationary Supplies 2. Layout and printing
  3. Advertising (in both the electronic and print media) 4. Catering services
  5. PR and media services 6. Website Design and maintenance
  7. Event management Services & Promotions 8. Logistics (Photography & Videographer)
  9. Exhibitions 10. Conferencing and Hospitality
  11. Internal Audit services 12. Consulting services
  13. Corporate gifts and promotional items 14. Office furniture and equipment
  15. Computer hardware and consumables 16. Courier service
  17. Travel agency services 18. Branding services
  19. Research and development    
 
In order to qualify for listing, providers will need to submit a completed registration form, company profile and supporting documentation by 5 February 2010.
 
The following criteria will be used to evaluate applicants for listing:
  1. Company profile and technical abilities
  2. Ownership by historically-disadvantaged individuals, women, youth and people with disabilities
  3. SMME status
  4. The supply of a valid SARS tax clearance certificate
 
Registration forms are obtainable by sending a request to zolile@bonitasmarketing.co.za. Forms are also downloadable from our website (www.bonitasmedicalfund.co.za) with effect from Tuesday 19 January 2010.
